Two expert dads and a business…

Meet Chris and Andy, two experts in their own fields who met through their kids in 2016.

Fast forward to 2021 when the idea for Voltco was born and they set about creating a unique EV Charger business that is different to your usual electrical installation company.

Chris is an industry Approved Electrician with over 15 years of experience in electrical installation, inspection & testing. His attention to detail, installation experience and friendly nature are what make the experience of installing an EV Charger in your home a simple and safe one.

Andy is a marketing guy by trade, he has over 20 years of experience and has run his own business since 2010. He is passionate about building a brand known for its quality and trust.

Now joint owners of Voltco, their mission is simple, to create a really good business that passes on its knowledge and expertise to its customers to help them make the journey into the EV market with confidence.

They want Voltco to be a company that is approachable and a pleasure to deal with and endeavours to answer and explain any questions you may have. They understand that when working with electrics in your home or workplace you want the security and peace of mind that an industry-recognised electrician is installing your EV Charger and knows their trade.

OZEV approved & NAPIT registered

Office for Zero-Emission Vehicles (OZEV) approved

OZEV are are a Government team supporting the market adoption of ultra-low emission vehicles, which means electric cars and the chargers to assist them.

OZEV are also the office responsible for introducing the Electric Vehicle Homecharge scheme (EVHS) and the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS).

Voltco is an OZEV approved installer so we are able to claim grants through these government schemes on behalf of our customers.

NAPIT registered

NAPIT is a leading Government approved and UK Accreditation Service (UKAS) membership scheme for electrical installers and other building services to ensure members work to the highest safety standards.
